And honestly, that may be best for Tech in the long run. If Buzz does leave after this season, do you see Whit trying to bring in another big name/splash hire, or do you think he tries to get a coach on the rise? I hate to say it, but I think Whit needs to find the next Tony Bennett and hire him. That is hard to do, obviously, but I think a system guy who recruits to his system will be better, since VT will never recruit top flight talent consistently.
