Success as a pro is 50% physical


And 90 percent mental. I don’t know Evans specific challenges. But I would guess it’s part his arm isn’t strong enough. But more then anything, he can’t make NFL caliber throws against NFL DBs at NFL game speed. Evans was a good college QB but not good enough to make the leap to the NFL
