I think he’s willing to shoot when he gets a good open look from outside

.,, and he’s a pretty good shooter from there. He was hesitant yesterday, but so was everybody. (Med passed up about three shots that he’d normally take without thinking.) But that little pull-up jumper in the lane is there all day for Bede. He tried one yesterday, missed it, and never tried it again. It’s an easy shot and it’s there for him. IMHO he needs to be taking it.
