I too do not understand the logic (?) the NCAA uses.


Of course logic and NCAA is an oxymoron.

Only the NCAA can twist themselves in to pretzel shapes to justify 2 semesters needed to clear an academic issue for an incoming student.

And then equally twist themselves into shapes that would break a snake's back, to justify their ruling on UNCheat's athletic/academic charade.
