Facilities are like hospitals

Due to.changing technologies a lifespan of the bldg and schedules for major rehab is about 10 years .. then the design has the be flexible so changes can be made quickly while keeping the look fresh.not stale .

For managing the facilities bill makes it harder for capital needs . Facilities u think will last 20 years must be redone or replaced quicker

Also the buildings can’t really be done by local contractors who probably don’t have the technical competence ..

Therefore we think 10 million is a big project rather every major facility is getting to be 50-80 million ..also u can’t nickel and dime but also imbed current technology and capabilities into the buildings

For vt have to swolloe deep dig deeper in the pockets and commit or be left behind .

And with the backlog of facilities any discussion for major major efforts like replace cassell is unlikely and modernization. Is more likely
