I do think it’s silly he wouldn’t be eligible after the first semester


unless there’s some lingering high school stuff he needs to wrap up. IMO, his high school guidance counselors shoulder a huge part of the blame. I’d guess he had no idea he wouldn’t be eligible until he got to VT.
