Or, perhaps, both have been said because our opinions vary. Our recruiting,
on paper, has improved. I've stated that and the evidence backs it up, re: a per player rating basis. It's fact, so to say we're improving is pretty safe ground.
However, it's more nuanced than that. Are we recruiting every position better? Or just some? Are some positions (WR) being so much better recruited now that it skews the overall data and some positions are actually being recruited worse?
