Which is why I said ideally you'd talk to both people who were leaving and


people who were staying. You could make the same argument that talking only to the coaches or players staying would not present you with a balanced and fair assessment. They have a vested interest in wanting you to come here. And yes if I was looking at a job offer where multiple people in my role/dept had left in short order and I had a chance to reach out to them and ask them what's up, I would definitely do it. I wouldn't base my decision solely on that (and there's no evidence that Asante did either) but I would definitely want that information to help with the decision.

But in the end it doesn't matter. He made his choice and it is his choice to make. Trying make Kumah the bad guy (deserved or not) doesn't help anyone or make the situation any better.
