If you do it by state count, then the SEC looks good. If you do it by
state GDP, then VA & NC (combined) are ~ equal to MS, AR, AL, LA, and TN combined. If you put MA and NY into the ACC column, with FL, KY, and SC being ACC/SEC splits, PA being an B10/ACC split and TX being a B10, B12 split, there are more available dollars for the ACC than there are for the SEC. The SEC has beaten the ACC in market penetration not market size.
