for most of the game it was just a feeling, but when they showed replays of the two illegal-hands-to-the-face penalties in the 2nd half (one on LA DL, one on NE OL) in both replays it was obvious that the NE OL involved in the play was blatantly grabbing and holding the Rams defender.

Obviously the refs were not calling what the patriot's OL were doing as holding, and the Rams OL missed the memo.
