The explanation was he didn't allow the reciever to taje a step and become a runner. Guys get tackled the instant they catch the ball all the time. Had the defender on that play wrapped the reciever up and taken him to the ground, no flag for sure. Just say it like it is NFL. That was too rough for our liking.
