majority of his passes and has a slow release. Does not appear to have great arm strength on his passes, although that might be because of his throwing issues. Then watch a video of Ryan Willis, who has prototypical P5 arm strength and throws a picture perfect spiral. I don't know how Kadum will do at VT, just know he does not have the typical throwing arm most P5 schools are looking for.

I'm pretty sure he will have to have some remedial work on his throwing mechanics before he will ever start, but he was a 4 year starter in high school and won 2 state championships in a state full of really good players and competition, so he's got a chance.
