Penn State has more in it than us, and 2 of ours are Cam Goode and Hill. Take those out, and we are about average for power 5 schools.

Every school has a lot, except Clemson, and that's because their guys are Sunday bound.

The NCAA has simply created a free agency mechanism for guys that want more PT.
