Well, I've crunched the numbers, rewatched all the game tapes, and received input from my sources on the ground.

Bottom line, I am 98.7% certain Quincy will start against Boston College.

Ryan will be a very Active 2nd string QB in the first half of 2019, as Quincy gets comfortable with the position.

This is a great time to be a Hokie, all you young Hokies out there, don't take this time for granted.
