The cost of tuition has already been paid so it is gone either way as far as the athletics department is concerned.

If you go home and tell your significant other that you are going to "test the markets" to see if there is a better fit for you, would you expect them to welcome you home with open arms?

The character and commitment of the individual has already been established by the entry into the portal. The bed is made and all there is left is to lie in it. Just my opinion though. Fuente will make the decision he is comfortable with and so be it.
