Probably more info than you want.

Both were recruited in the same class, Norstrem the more heralded of the two.

2016-17- Both redshirted but competed unattached in open tourneys, Norstrem went 12-5 and Prata went 1-1.

2017-18- Norstrem and Prata went head to head in a preseason exhibition, Prata was leading when he suffered a season-ending injury. Norstrem finished the regular season with a record of 11-12 and earned an at-large berth to the NCAA Championships, which he went 1-2 at the NCAA Championships (total record 12-16 ).

This year: Both had two early season head-to-head matches, one a preseason wrestle-off, the other at the Hokie Open, both of which Prata won by a point. Prata has started most of the duals, except for Missouri and those two matches at the VA Duals (ODU and UVA), and is currently 10-9). Norstrem is 4-5 and 1-3 as a starter (the sole win came at 133, against WVU).

My take: Norstrem has a few more moves in his arsenal, but can lose some by getting thrown out of position. Prata wrestles safer, smarter.
