So you understand that the tax system Virginia is based on

income and sales tax. If you buy something and its final location is Virginia you are supposed to pay sales tax. If you have not been reporting that on your Virginia Taxes you are a tax cheater (at least in Virginia's eyes). So this is just trying to help you be honest, no?
