I thought Amazon itself has been collecting taxes for a year or two now in

all states. Now when shopping on Amazon, if you were to take the time to click on the "new and used" line to see all the vendors offering that particular product, you may see another seller offering the same product for the exact same price as Amazon itself. Those other sellers may not be collecting sales tax. (Of course, that means you need to do your civic duty and send in the sales tax yourself instead of relying on the seller to collect it ;-)
