Ridiculous argument. Should people pay tolls for I-81 or I95 but not for 460 or 17 or 15? Tolls make you pay for the roads you don't use, plus the ones you do. Add the fact that even on an EZ Pass Road only something like 50% of the collected money goes to road maintenance versus EZPass Administration and equipment maintenance
