different than a fumble. Obviously the Saints game had a bad one that would have meant alot and the Chiefs could have challenged that roughing the passer penalty. Chiefs maybe could have challenged the offsides call that would have ended the game. Say they were wrong then they are done. It just falls right under the existing rule but just expands its use. Maybe one parameter is it has to be a missed call on a play around the ball.
