It would grind the game to quicksand if every non-call was reviewed


Heck, every play in a football game, someone is probably being held. Dealing with youth sports, we always tell the kids you have play well enough to take your victory out of the hands of the refs. Bad calls will be made, you just can't leave yourself depending on a call to win.
