Purdue University hasn't increased tuition in 8 years, and has held all

fees level. They invited Amazon to open up a competing bookstore on campus to help keep book expenses in check. Mitch Daniels is doing an amazing job there. Much could be learned by VT and others by studying what they have been able to achieve.
