I have both and use both ...

Use wireless headphones on airplanes and any other time I just want to drown out all noise around me. Use wireless earbuds for exercising, working outside, and other day-to-day stuff when I don't want to annoy others around me with sounds from my phone. I have Beats for both and love them.
