That's 9 players who are available (soon to be 10 when Alexis Jean returns). I believe former walk-on Erinn Brooks, who seldom plays, is still on scholarship. Kinder is also a player who seldom sees playing time. We only had 14 players on scholarship this fall. Right now, we have 7 players (Emery, Magarity, K. Brooks, Camp, Sheppard, Baptiste, and Mabrey) who are seeing significant playing time and 3 on the bench. When Jean returns, we'll have 8 players who can give us needed minutes with 2 players on the bench. With Emery, Magarity, Camp, E. Brooks, and Jean graduating and 2 other open scholarships, we'll have room for 3 more scholarship players next season (since we already signed 4 players for next season). 2019-20 season: Mabrey, Sheppard, Baptiste, Berry, K. Brooks, C. Brooks, Kinder, Obouh-Fegue, King, Kitley, Ennis, and Geiman. We'll have room for 3 more scholarships. It wouldn't surprise me to see Kenny Brooks sign a few JUCO players this spring.
