Looks like most of the SEC will only schedule one P5

Georgia & South Carolina seem to be the exceptions by playing 2 P5's most years.

USC playing Clemson and another sometimes another ACC school
Georgia playing GT and then H&A's with Clemson, UCLA, Texas, ND and then one-off kickoff games vs Clemson, UVA, and Oregon

The other SEC schools play 1 P5 and then load up on Sun Belt, C-USA, New Mexico State and FCS.

In the ACC, in the next few years, most teams will play pretty much the same type of schedule. 1 P5, and then 3 "others". And the years the ACC teams play Notre Dame, they will be playing 2-3 P5 games.

Between now and 2030, VT will have 9 seasons playing 2 P5 games, UVA will have in the next 6 seasons 3 seasons playing 2 P5 games including 1 playing 3 P5 games. Others:

BC 9 seasons playing 2 P5 including 1 playing 3 (2028)
Clemson 12 seasons playing 2 P5 (2031)
Duke 3 seasons (2023)
FSU 3 seasons (2021) could be up to 3 a season if you count Boise St
GT 8 seasons (2027)
LOU 4 seasons (2023)
Miami doesn't have full seasons scheduled for 2019 or 20, 21 plays 2 P5's
NCSU has only 1 P5 scheduled per season
UNC has 2 seasons (2025) this includes 2019 OOC against Wake
Pitt has 0 seasons (2021) after 2021 they have several 2 game P5's
Syracuse has 0 (2019) only 2019 is a full schedule
WFU has 5 (2026) if you count Army as a P5 school

The year in parenthesis is how far out the team has a full schedule, and in some cases, the school doesn't have a full schedule but has scheduled 2 P5 games per season to that season.

So, most ACC schools are scheduling 2 P5's a season, and then usually filling with AAC, MAC, C-USA, and Liberty along with a FCS game. SEC usually fills with Sun Belt, C-USA, New Mexico State and FCS, looks to me that the ACC has upped their schedules OOC for the next decade or so, and those OOC opponents are from conferences that are higher on the pecking order than those the SEC schedules.
