Same here, RIT. I've got a generator that will pretty much...


...do everything but heat the house, but like you said...it's a gigantic pain to drag it out, start it, and run a cord inside. Last outage we had, I waited and waited, knowing that as soon as I finally decided to fire up the generator, the power would be restored. Sure enough, like clockwork...no sooner did I get the generator in place did I see all of the neighbor's light come on.

Oh well...it's nice to know we have the generator in case we really need it. Here's to hoping none of us need them tonight.
