I would encourage to reflect back to when he was challenged about his

offensive struggles. How many times did he respond with the 10 win a season streak when these challenges were raised? How many times did he delay addressing the need to make obvious coaching changes? Their is a fine line between hubris, confidence and falling behind the times because of the difference between the two.
