Ah gotcha...well I guess it's good that you know you have solved...


...the moisture problem, so you can proceed with the repairs in confidence, knowing it shouldn't happen again. Exterior moisture infiltration is a much more difficult problem to solve.

I'm really not sure about the cost of duct cleaning, but I'm guessing it would cost ~$500-$1000 for a three story home.
