I think the mold was caused by a bathroom leak above the basement

We had a leak in an upstairs bathroom that drenched a wall in the basement. We had a water remediation company (Tri-State) come in and remediate but water probably got under the carpet and caused the mold growth. I also had some water problems with a leaky whole-house humidifier but they weren't as bad as the bathroom leak.
We're going to rip out the carpet and replace with epoxy coating. We never cleaned our ducts since we moved in 14 years ago. One HVAC unit for the whole house. I guess we'll need to have the ducts cleaned out as well. Any idea what that normally costs for a three level colonial?
