2nd wettest in RVA but top in many areas. It's a problem, as are......


leaky roofs and basements.

We actually have gotten extensions on court issued consent orders for contractors due to the extreme weather since March (dealing with work in wetlands, etc.). Lot's of rain then, followed by 30% over average since then. Nothing dried out.

While not a single event like a hurricane, it was indeed a crazy year.
