Following through toward hoop is normal for very good FT shooters


The best ones repeat routine exactly thousands of times in practice and don’t deviate from routine in game. When under pressure, focus on process not outcomes. REALLY hard to do but it’s a key sports psych concept. Anyone who’s read Bob Rotella books would know
