There is a very fine line between "reality" and perception in the

recruiting world. In your reality, is missing regularly on highly rated recruits that were considered heavy VT leans a marker for success? Does that mean we are recruiting well?

We have recruited some quality players under Fuente. Can his staff develop those recruits? We are still in a wait and see position there IMO. But my point remains, and is reality in the world of CFB, that Fuente and Co. regularly miss on highly ranked recruits who are considered VT leans. The latest UNC commit is a prime example.

Does that mean Fuente can't win? No.
Does that mean Fuente isn't the man for VT? No.
Does that mean Fuente isn't getting guys who can work in his system? Not necessarily.
