I will say it again, it's been our biggest Achilles Heel, to many bust &


even most of the guys that went early in the NFL draft really needed another year to mature.

I know we had several start and play from last NFL draft, but let's see if they can maintain it. People talking about getting hurt playing another year of college...how about an early year in the NFL? I compare it to Accountants that had 3 years, that 4th year is very important for maturing and getting strategic thinking. Same with medical school, vet school or dental school. Talk to the people in the professions and they will often tell you the last year was the most important year.

That said, I get why the NFL does it, they don't want to lose out on talent, but it's not the best way to develop a player. I am not saying we are going to keep them all, but we have to at least make a better case for staying.
