I remember Beamer's policy was to encourage kids to declare early if they..


were going to be projected 1st rounders. I'm not sure what Fuente's approach is, but he sure has lost a lot of underclassmen, even ones that were projected 3-7 rounders (and 1 or 2 that were not projected to get drafted at all).
