The fact men receiver harsher jail sentences, and have higher occupational injuries, and might have compulsory military service, is all excused because, well, that's just the way it is. It's like when a wife complains that her husband doesn't do enough housework, when her husband has a full-time job and she doesn't. So no women will care about those things.

But equal pay, sexual harassment and equal opportunity? Those matter, because that's what women care about. As an aside, I think they are right about 90% of those things. I'm just pointing out that people focus on what is important to them, and ignore what isn't.
