I get amazed by people who think a team or player is static.

That how they are as a Freshman is indicative of how they'll be for their entire careers.

I truly believe, of the guys who played this year and are returning, some will be replaced. Some will improve drastically.

I was thinking the other day about my first day of work and how uncertain I was. Forget learning the work... I didn't know hardly anybody. Didn't know where to park. Heck didn't know where the bathrooms were!

Over time you get the small stuff, and eventually you own it all. By the time you retire it's old hat.

Most young players are the same. And not just for football, but school!

We had the youngest team in the ACC this year and it wasn't close. So that's not a big thing?? That's not and excuse? Well the next two youngest teams (Louisville & UNC) had their coaches fired.

But the good thing is this. The team is NOT static. The young guys WILL improve!

If we can plug the holes and get some depth, then we'll be just fine.....
