I have a feeling CarMax's insurance carrier will feel the same.

I'm a little surprised myself that the keys were not kept in a lockbox. Or maybe that is protocol, and protocol just wasn't being followed. Who knows. The kids are 100% responsible, but in this day and age, you can't be too careful when it comes to protecting your own property from idiots.
