If they did decide to use that storyline and the "treasure" has not been

revealed, then it would debunk the "curse" and potentially kill the show. At least I don't see how the storyline of the show could continue with a debunked curse or a late switch to a new storyline this late in the game. Would people be as interested in watching a TV show called The Non-Curse of Oak Island?
