And the problem is even worse than you would expect. Most of these guys work for companies that match donations. Fill out a form and your $250 donation becomes $500.

The problem is that busy people can’t travel to VT games, and they don’t donate because they do not plan to use the donation to buy season tickets. Donating simply to help the program is not part of our culture. It’s frustrating to say the least.
