Will's article is good, but you can have different cultures and still be successful - but the HC has to be boss and that line is his to make - TH was used to something else, and he crossed it several times, short term it hurt us - long term it will develop other players to CJF's culture - how successful that is - TBD, but overall I like what I see.

In fact CJF used a typical new manager tactic - he got rid of a valuable, but very disruptive, element. Proof to others that it is now his decision to make and nobody was immune.
