I use the POS Smoke Hollow upright and do very well with it.


It's like One4VT said, you need to learn what works for the equipment and what you want to do. I'm on my second one as the first one rusted out after about 4 years. This one the bottom is also rusting, but have figured out just sliding an aluminum baking pan in the bottom has sealed it up and it works just like new.

Key is knowing how it's going to hold heat and keeping an eye on it over time.
