Then you don't understand. You're suffering from Premature Evaluation.
Last season, by his own admission, he underperformed. This season he's been better but look at his competition. He's got to play a full season against ACC competition. His body of work so far isn't good enough for the NBA. Not saying it won't be. If he stays four years, continues to improve and shows he can play defense against guards 2-3 inches taller than him, then he's got a chance to be drafted.
