The key is football is to get players that can play and succeed with the best and THEN work them to the best performance. So every coach is accountable to getting the best and getting them to perform. Simple as that. IF the coaching needs to stay up all nite to make it work so be it.

Right now VT has mediocre players that cannot perform at American Conference level of football. And the program is deteriorating from the start of the new staff.
