...we had less than stellar "roster management" the last couple years.

Missed on some players...others didn't work out...that left us with the most inexperienced team VT has put on the field in decades. Hopefully with the experience gained by the freshmen & sophomores, and back-filling with JUCOs, we'll be OK heading forward.

But we need to fall back on that (JUCOs) if we "fornicate the k-9" again recruiting any specific position in the future.
