WRT JUCOs, coaches may have a better idea of what the player's ceiling

is vs. a HS recruit. So when a coach recruits a 3-star HS RB, the coach does not know if that RB will end up being the next Sam Rogers/Steven Peoples or the next Dustin Pickle/John Candelas. Even though Dustin and (I think) John contributed on special teams and I tip my hat to them for that, neither one of them did enough in the coach's mind to earn the role of featured RB.
