Breathing smoke being generally a bad thing.

Of course it's still nicotine. And while nicotine itself is relatively harmless, once you've developed the nicotine addiction it's awfully damn easy to side step your way over to tobacco. The "bum a cigarette" culture is still very much alive and well. If you're used to e-cigs and you run out, the old fashioned thing is but an ask away.
