Fair comment and I considered that option


For me, the choice boiled down to returning to something that looked a lot like the old Big East and putting the Kentucky schools with the other basketball first Carolina schools.

I also considered the probability that Tech should finish in the top two or three most years and ought to win its fair share of division titles.
