Actually, I think a good bowl performance could help him a lot


And normally I'm of the mind that one individual game won't do much for the draft stock of a player. But with Walker, last year he played second fiddle to Tim Settle. Then he played injured all year. If he can be healthy for the bowl, it could be an opportunity for him to showcase his ability without being able to take advantage of being the "other guy".

Right now, he's a mid-round guy at best IMO (and could fall into the later rounds). A good bowl performance could put him solidly into the 2nd or 3rd round.
