And frankly JMU will find a better candidate than Trott to be their next head coach (Stinespring would be better than Trott... and I think they'll get someone better than BS).
At a school like JMU, coaches being hired away is a sign of doing things right. There are VERY few potential lifers. If they insist on a lifer, they could hire Stiney. But if they want the best chance of success, they'll hire the best coach available to them regardless of the expected duration of his tenure.
