From 1966-1992 VT was 152-139-7 with a 52% winning percentage which ranked 57th during that time period , we played in 5 bowls. Certainly not terrible like K.state or Wake but so so. From 1993- 2017 VT was 233- 89 with a 72% winning percentage which ranked 6 th during that time period , playing in 25 bowls . Oklahoma was 5 th. Yes we were definitely relevant during Frank Beamer’s coaching career here at VT. I went to VT from 73-77 and do not want to return to mediocre football. Here’s hoping for a Bowl win and a successful 2019. Go Hokies.
